- Use of NiGPT:
Eligibility: NiGPT is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 are prohibited from using NiGPT.
Acceptable Use: Users agree to use NiGPT in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and refrain from engaging in any unlawful or harmful activities.
- User Content:
Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they submit or interact with on NiGPT. NiGPT is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
